It would appear there is no way to localize Regular Expression Validations in MVC 4. Now I need to come up with something clever
February 4. 11:37
Totally digging the Opera Mobile Emulator. Very handy and it doesn't require a bunch of SDK stuff.

Darn you CSS Style Precedence..! Getting complex styles to cascade correctly can really take concentration
February 3. 13:38
Finding lots of guidance on disabling HTML Form autocomplete, but nothing that tells me how to support it for common fields. Help!
February 2. 14:20
Localizing is painful enough, but double-localizing is just more fun. First for web and then for the shorter mobile web. :-p

Large #'s of SQL Svr params (in my case ~35) is still more efficient then sending XML to the DB. The query optimizer is blind with XML
February 2. 12:32
Apparently SQL Svr 2K8R2 will allow up to 2100 Stored Procedure params which is kinda shocking (& cool). Can't think of a Use Case for that.
February 1. 13:47
Backing thread-safety into a large existing codebase can really be a drag on your momentum. They should've thought of this from the start
February 1. 13:46
Probably the biggest weakness of TFS is the huge amount of flexibility it has. It's lead to something that's somewhat complex to get started

Wait... what?... did I just stop coding to go feed my virtual pets? Ohhh Jeez, I need a new hobby.
January 31. 14:51
I must have written thousands of Performance Counters over the years, & I've added another 30 to the list tonight. Just can't get enough ;-)
January 31. 08:27
Ohhhh Good Lord!!!! This code has hard-coded, network addresses, connection strings, usernames, password & database id's. :-(
January 29. 09:57
The declarative validation pattern is so deeply ingrained in MVC now that I'm not sure how to do it imperatively. :-P
January 29. 09:53
Deciding between seperate MVC Views per Locale or 'trying' the all-in-one approach. I've not had success with the latter
January 28. 16:02
Trying to use MVC 4 with pure interface Models. Not sure if it's do-able but I'll try. I suspect I'll have to write a custom Controller
